Mayor Sanga Maneli together with EXCO member Cllr. Lindiwe Mdabula, Councilors, Municipal Manager, Mr Ndoda Mgengo and management tabled the draft 2025/26 IDP/Budget to stakeholders with the aim of soliciting inputs and comments that will be inclusive in the municipality plans for Community development.
Subsequently, a draft 2025/26 IDP/Budget will be adopted by the Council on the 31 March 2025.
Apart from the presentation of the next financial year draft IDP/Budget, stakeholders raised service delivery issues affecting them and contributed constructively. The Council welcomed the comments and appreciated the participation from stakeholders as it reflects that the community is keeping an eye on projects in their respective villages and that they will continue with their commitment to serve towards the development of Ngqushwa.
